The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for creating,
managing, and adjusting staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. This
role involves coordinating with team members, Mentors, Floor Management
Department, Service Management, Academy and other relevant departments as needed,
filling scheduling gaps, and maintaining adherence to company procedures and
policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to
adapt to dynamic operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule
Planning & Management
- Create
and share monthly schedules.
- Manage
current shift rotations, including adjustments and communication with
mentors.
- Develop
and implement upcoming shift rotations.
- Fill
gaps in upcoming and future shifts to ensure full coverage.
- Coordination
& Requests
- Manage
GA/SWAP email requests from FSE.
- Oversee
and maintain the waiting list for scheduling.
- Implement
team assignment changes in the schedule as required.
- Manage
vacation requests, ensuring absences are properly reflected in the
schedule.
- Provide
coordination of taxi services for employees when necessary.
- Workshops,
Exams & Reporting
- Oversee
workshop assignments and scheduling.
- Manage
live exam schedules, including alterations to rotations.
- Maintain
and update shift report files accurately.
- Compliance
& Procedures
- Ensure
adherence to internal procedures and company policies.
- Support
operational efficiency through proactive communication and coordination.
- Train/Mentor
new team members when joined.
- Other
duties as required by the company
