Position Title: Board Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Part-time
Role Overview:
The Board Executive Assistant provides operational and strategic support to the company’s Board. The role involves organizing and coordinating board meetings and activities, monitoring performance metrics, supporting strategic initiatives, and managing follow-ups on key decisions and action items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate board meetings, agendas, and materials
- Prepare meeting minutes / document decisions
- Track and follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables
- Coordinate additional analytical requests
- Tracking and monitor progress of strategic initiatives
- Facilitate communication between the Board and operational teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with senior leadership / board stakeholders or working on administrative role
- Professional working proficiency in English
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills

- Strong confidentiality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Georgian and English)

Role Purpose
To enhance the Board’s operational and strategic effectiveness by ensuring structured execution of decisions, organized initiative management, and performance visibility.
Core Functions
1. Board Meeting Management
- Build agendas
- Collect reports / dashboards
- Facilitate meetings when required
- Document minutes / decisions
2. Task & Initiative Management
- Form board decisions into executable tasks
- Assign owners
- Track deadlines
- Monitor statuses
- Identify and escalate blockers
3. Strategic Support
- Structure strategic initiatives
- Support roadmap planning
- Track execution progress
- Collect analytical materials
4. Coordination & Communication
- Manage information flow between Board and teams
- Lead follow-ups
- Ensure cross-functional alignment

- Weekly Board Pack
- Key Metrics Reports / Performance Summary Dashboard
- Meeting Minutes / Decision Tracker
- Key Task Status Report
- Strategic Initiative Status Reports
Workload Structure:
- Attendance at Monday board meetings
- Remote coordination and follow-ups during the week
