As we continue to expand our regional presence, we are opening a new chapter in Batumi — and we are looking for an experienced Branch Managerto lead our Batumi operations. This is a pivotal role responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Management
Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and internal controls
Monitor branch performance against KPIs and drive continuous operational improvement
Manage branch resources, including staffing schedules, facilities, and equipment
Coordinate with HQ to align branch activities with company-wide strategy and standards
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure full compliance with Georgian financial regulations and VASP requirements at branch level
Liaise with local regulators, banking partners, and relevant authorities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of crypto legislation affecting Batumi and Adjara region operations
Customer Relations & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers, partners, and stakeholders
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Batumi market
Represent Stellex at local industry events and within the regional business community
Reporting & Financial Oversight
Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to the General Manager
Assist with local budgeting, expense tracking, and resource planning
Flag operational risks and escalate issues in a timely manner
Requirements
Experience (Essential)
5+ years of experience in branch management, operations management, or a related senior operational role
Proven track record of managing branch or office operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services
Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and motivating teams in a structured environment
Hands-on experience implementing operational processes, controls, and compliance frameworks
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of Georgian financial regulations; knowledge of crypto/VASP requirements is a strong advantage
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in operational reporting, basic financial management, and MS Office / relevant business tools
Education & Language
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
Knowledge of Russian and English is must
Familiarity with the Batumi/Adjara business environment is a significant advantage
