General Requirements:
- Rates/revenue optimization
- Implements strategies to improve market penetration
- Analyses sales statistics to formulate profitability
- Reviews market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
- Negotiates with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying client needs
- Provides feedback to Hotel Manager on changing market conditions and trends in competition
- Coordinates special local activities with the Hotel Manager
- Creates and implements special programs to increase overall occupancy especially in slow periods
- Maintains accurate sales statistics and account records
- Promotional offers to be developed
- Fully representing the Hotel identity and carry the company image
- Sociable, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Result oriented, enthusiastic, open-minded and active person;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Team player;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
