A Cold Line Cook is responsible for preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report, and follow the executive or sous chef`s instructions
- Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Vocational education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage);
- At least 1 years of experience working in a similar position;
- Knowledge of European and Georgian cuisine;
