Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing the full logistics cycle;
- Determining the efficiency of logistics costs;
- Ensuring timely and uninterrupted product delivery to sales outlets;
- Ensuring smooth operation of all processes related to product distribution;
- Managing and controlling warehouse inventory records;
- Ensuring proper use of warehouse space and safe storage conditions for products;
- Organizing and controlling product accounting, receiving, storage, loading, and unloading operations;
- Monitoring cancelled orders;
- Ensuring timely and accurate return of products and inventory;
- Organizing and controlling the inventory process;
- Evaluating, motivating, and monitoring attendance of subordinate employees;
- Managing and maintaining the vehicle fleet;
- Responding promptly to operational issues;
- Performing other related duties as required.
- Knowledge of distribution systems/networks;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience working with 1C software is preferred.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
- Ability to properly plan and organize tasks;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Team management skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Effective time management skills.
