We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Cold Line Cook

Duty Station: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Type of Appointment: Full-time.
Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Scope:

A Cold Line Cook is responsible for preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report, and follow the executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Requirements: 

•  Vocational education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage);
•  At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position
• Knowledge of European and Georgian cuisine;
